Delivery & Collection
Delivery If delivery is available in your area:
Timeframes: Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed. Factors such as traffic, weather, and kitchen volume may cause delays.
Receipt of Goods: You must be available to accept delivery at the provided address. If you are not present, the driver may leave the order in a safe place or return it to the restaurant (charges may still apply).
Alcohol: If your order contains alcohol, you may be asked to provide valid ID upon delivery. We operate a Challenge 25 policy.
Click & Collect
If you choose to collect your order, please arrive at the designated time.
Uncollected orders may be disposed of for food safety reasons and will not be refunded.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation by You
Due to the perishable nature of food, you may only cancel an order if the kitchen has not yet started preparing it.
To cancel, you must contact the restaurant immediately via telephone.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel your order if:
We are unable to fulfill it due to stock shortages.
We cannot deliver to your location.
In such cases, you will be issued a full refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued at our discretion for missing items, incorrect orders, or food quality issues.
Please contact us immediately upon receiving your order if there is an issue. We may request photographic evidence or the return of the item.
Allergens & Dietary Requirements
Customer Responsibility It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements before placing your order.
Risk of Cross-Contamination While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and other allergens. We cannot guarantee that any item is 100% allergen-free.
